This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing services. It loads no content from third-party servers: no fonts, maps, videos or social media elements. Personal data is processed in three cases only: when you open the pages, when you contact us by email or telephone, and when you follow a link to Calendly or LinkedIn.
The website is hosted by wigital GmbH, Wall 42, 24103 Kiel, on a server in Germany. When a page is opened, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system. This serves to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably. We have a data processing agreement with wigital GmbH. We do not analyse these logs or combine them with other data.
If you write to us or call us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a possible engagement is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry is dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. These are six years for business correspondence and ten years for accounting records.
For appointments we link to Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA. Calendly only becomes active when you click the link. There you enter your name, email address and, if you wish, a message. We receive these details to prepare the meeting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses. Calendly's privacy notice also applies.
We link to our LinkedIn profile. This is a plain link, not an embedded element. Data only reaches LinkedIn when you click the link. LinkedIn's privacy policy then applies.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). An informal message to info@3connected.de is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
The pages are transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and do not create profiles.
