Nixdorf, from 1986Selling in the field: sales assistant, then account manager for large industrial customers.
Nixdorf, from 1988Leading a team: sales group manager for Business Systems, responsible for revenue and contribution margin.
Oracle, 1990 to 1997Built a sales division from scratch, plus an indirect channel.
Oracle Europe, from 1995Managing internationally: head of sales for New Media across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, then industry lead for telecommunications in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
RealNetworks, 1998 to 2001Managing director responsible for the DACH region, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Set up and built the German company, recruiting and leading every function myself.
3connected, since 2001Founded. Engagements in strategy, sales and company sales ever since.
2006Interim CEO of an international company.
Founder and shareholder, 2007 to 2017Built up and sold a group of companies with up to 180 employees.
